Direct Marketing

Skybridge provided customer acquisition services to one of the worlds top automobile companies in the China market.  The overall objective of the project was to acquire potential car buyers for their dealers in China, as well as to build foundations for long term direct marketing and the sales follow up process/effort to win new car buyers.



SkyBridge sourced target customer data from their existing customers, potential prospects who had participated their events; and new potential customers from different strategic database sources.

SkyBridge managed to conduct qualification calls to obtain target buyers. These calls served to:
      1. Update all contact information into the customer database
      2. Identify names of decision makers, senior executives and car buyers
      3. Obtain qualified information through a designed questionnaire, and evaluate the potentiality of target customers as hot
          leads, medium potential and low potential leads.
      4. Recommend a series of follow up sales steps according to different levels of potential customers

SkyBridge designed the sales follow up process and monitoring system for the client, and worked together with the client to track the sales follow up records of those hot leads.
