SkyBridge conducted a market analysis on the validity and workability of the existing business model run by the client in Taiwan based both on local regulations and on the market size and dynamics. SkyBridge also recommended the actions needed to localize the model for different territories.

SkyBridge assessed and evaluated the possibility of acquiring a cross China short code both from a cost and timeline perspective either by an application from China Mobile operators or by procurement of an existing company.

SkyBridge, together with the client, concluded cooperation agreements with all the operators in Hong Kong to attain a single short code cross Hong Kong and to develop partnerships with operators in China.

SkyBridge managed to seek partnering agreements with media partners/content distributors both in Hong Kong and China.
